Client: Paintball Discounts manages and operates more than 20 top quality paintball gaming locations in the UK and Ireland. Their paintball centres offer a huge variety of special themed zones. They offer good pricing and maintain higher standards.

Challenge: Paintball Discounts wanted to increase sales from UK. They did not have any online tracking system to identify profitable keywords. The website had a “Contact” page with phone numbers. Any interested prospect had to contact them by phone. The problem was the difficulty in tracking keywords which resulted in offline sales.

Solution: We created a separate campaign for Paintball Dicounts. We also worked in tandem with their sales team. They were asked to keep track of number of phone calls they received every day. We did changes in their campaign. Any increase or decrease in number of calls was attributed to changes in the campaign. This helped us understand which changes worked on a micro level. After running this campaign for a month, we combined all successful strategies and started the process again with new changes. We added a lot of keywords targeting specific cities.
